Our 3 types of membership are Single Month, Monthly EFT, and Annual Prepaid.
(Youth Team also includes membership)

Referral Credits

We want to grow our climbing community, and we’ll reward you for helping make that happen! If you bring in a new committed climber, we’ll credit your account.

Criteria:
1. You must be either a Monthly EFT Member who has completed at least one automatic monthly payment, or an Annual Prepaid Member with a credit card on file.
2. The new Member that you are referring must not have held membership status in the past 6 months, and they must be signing up for Monthly EFT or purchasing an Annual Prepaid Membership.

How to start a referral:
Have the new Member specifically mention your name during sign-up in person at the front desk.

How to claim a credit:
1. If the new Member signed up for Annual Prepaid, you can claim your credit right away.
2. If the new Member signed up for Monthly EFT, you must wait until their account has successfully completed at least one automatic monthly payment before you can claim your credit.
Note that you must claim your credit at the front desk in order to receive it!

What you get:
1. You will receive a credit equal to the pre-tax value of one month’s EFT dues for your price category (Adult, Student*, Youth).
2. A new climbing buddy!

Terms and Conditions
Members must follow facility rules, maintain an updated waiver or assumption of risk document, and engage only in activities for which they have been Romper Room certified. Failure to meet these requirements may result in membership suspension or termination at the sole discretion of Romper Room Climbing LTD. Membership perks and restrictions are subject to change.

Cancellation
Single Month - Not refundable.
Monthly EFT - Full cancellation terms are provided during signup (above) and via confirmation email.
Annual Prepaid - 3 months are non-refundable, and the remaining full months can be refunded at 50% value.
